The Baratza Vario+ puts 54 mm flat ceramic burrs, known for thick, velvety espresso, into a compact home grinder. Ten macro steps, each split into 22 micro steps, give 220 settings, so switching between espresso and filter is a matter of moving two levers. Three programmable timers save your doses.
