Tasting Notes & Tips

With this method, the Mexico San Pedro Natural delivers a clean, sweet cup with bright fruit notes. Feel free to fine-tune the grind size:

  • If the brew time is too long (over 2:30), grind slightly coarser.

  • If the brew time is too short (under 1:50), grind slightly finer.
